At Lickles, we take great care in preparing and packing our snacks to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict but fair no-return policy, except in specific cases outlined below.


By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS


We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
 • You received a damaged, defective, or tampered product
 • You received an incorrect product different from what was ordered
 • The product was expired at the time of delivery


To be eligible:
 • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
 • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
 • Clear photo or video proof must be shared showing the issue

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS


For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
 • Products that have been opened or consumed
 • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
 • Taste, texture, or flavour preferences
 • Minor variations in colour, shape, or packaging (natural food variations)
 • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances


DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT


If your order arrives damaged:
 • Do not consume the product
 • Take photos/videos immediately upon opening the package
 • Contact us within 48 hours


After verification, we may offer:
 • A replacement, or
 • A refund, at our discretion


REFUND PROCESS
 • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
 • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
 • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end


CANCELLATIONS
 • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
 • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
 • To request cancellation, contact us immediately at customercare@licklesnacks.com


BULK / DISCOUNTED ORDERS


Orders placed under:
 • Bulk pricing
 • Promotional offers
 • Discounted sales


are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received damaged or incorrect.


ALLERGY & CONSUMPTION DISCLAIMER


Lickles products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, or spices. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or personal dietary incompatibility.


FINAL DECISION


All refund and return decisions are made at the sole discretion of Lickles after verification. Our decision shall be final and binding.
